Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North creates
space for Blue Sun Group
Solar energy company Blue Sun Group has taken an office and warehouse
facility in Brisbane’s north, according to the Australian Financial Review.
Located at 31 Depot Street, Banyo, the property comprises a 1166 sqm
warehouse and a 438 sqm office. The three-year deal was negotiated at
an initial annual rent of $168,000 net. Blue Sun Group had been based
at Northlink Place, Virginia, but needed more space to accommodate its
expanding solar range. The cubic capacity of the warehouse and the 7.2 m
internal roof clearance were determining factors. CBRE’s Sam Higgins
and Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North’s Lawrence Temple
closed the deal.

Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane Southside has been appointed as joint
exclusive marketing agents with Colliers International for a new development,
Transition Archerfield Logistics Estate, situated within the Archerfield Airport,

The estate will offer the marketplace in Brisbane’s south a central option
